AegisGuard™ LP Radiation Shields provide unsurpassed protection by preventing unwanted airborne radiation frequencies emitted by electrical and electronic products and networks operating at the frequencies and power levels shown below from entering your home or office, and penetrating your body.

AegisGuard™ LP is an additive mixed with any brand of user supplied interior and exterior latex and acrylic primer or paint. It is formulated using multiple, proprietary shielding compounds encapsulated in plant based compounds effective for specific frequency ranges, and combined with resins and solvents found in paint and primers. Each model has a light tint which varies according to its supported frequency range.

Mix with up to 1 U.S. or Imperial gallon of any interior and exterior primer or paint brand to provide interior (recommended) or exterior radiation shielding protection for all painted surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, electronic equipment cabinets and enclosures. The same precautions appearing on latex primer and paint instructions must be followed to ensure your safety when using this product. AegisGuard™ LP is not suitable for mixing with lacquer, shellac, polyurethane, varnishes or clay, however treated surfaces can be top-coated with these products.

When applied following the User Instructions, AegisGuard™ LP Radiation Shields provide outstanding RF and EMF shielding protection within the supported frequency and output power range of the selected model. Click here to learn how it protects you.

AegisGuard™ LP Radiation Shields are nonabsorbent, non-conductive, do not require grounding, or contain animal by-products, fluorocarbons, MDF, metal, including silver, graphene or Nickel. They are not harmful to humans or animals after being mixed with primer or paint and applied to surfaces after drying.

*Minimum shielding effectiveness when properly applied expressed as “up to." Exceeds requirements specified by MIL-STD-285, all ASTM-4935-xx, IEEE 299 and IEEE 802.nn versions, NSA 94-106, ETSI EN 302 567 V2.2.0 (2020-12), and Human RF exposure limits as set forth in FCC OET Bulletin 65.

Testing Standards**
(a)
ASTM-D4935-10, D4935-99 and D4935-18 (current D4935 version): 5 Hz. to 1.5 GHz. EMF planar (fixed flat surface) tests, extended from 1.5 GHz. to 2.6 GHz.1
(b) NSA 94-106: 1 kHz. to 10 GHz.: IEEE-299-2006 (R2012): 5 Hz. to 18 GHz. EMF planar tests, extended from 18 GHz. to 40 GHz.2
(c) ETSI EN 302 567
V2.2.0 (2020-12) 100 kHz. to 1 MHz. over 142 GHz. network service RF band tests; exceeds current and proposed IEEE 802.nn RF.3, 4
(d) Network and device RF and EMF radiofrequency t
ests from 5 Hz. to 1.1 THz. conducted in-house, at customer facilities and by independent testing laboratories.4

Notes
1:  ASTM standards for secure, rigid and immovable flat surface testing.
2:  NSA and IEEE standards for secure, rigid, and immovable flat surface and enclosure testing up to 10 square feet (0.92 square meters).
3:  ETSI and IEEE actual network and device RF network shielding testing standards.
4:  Regulatory and industry RF safety standards and test procedures above 40 GHz. do not exist. 5 Hz. to 1.1 THz. tests performed in-house, at customer facilities using CPE (Customer Premises Equipment), and by independent laboratories in live network environments with volunteers confirmed having EHS.

Click here for a list of our test equipment, noting independent testing laboratories, carriers and telecommunication network and device product manufacturers follow the same standards and procedures using comparable equipment.
