Except as noted below, Aegis and most authorized dealers provide this 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for standard products appearing on our website. Customers served by an authorized dealer should confirm compliance with this guarantee policy prior to purchasing products from them.

This guarantee specifically excludes:

Mitigation, cure or prevention of health disorders or diseases.
Custom products.
Multi-pack models.
Improper product usage and storage.
Non-standard shielding applications.

NOTE: AegisGuard™ Life Series (LL, LP and LS) standard products provides shielding protection from a wide range of unwanted RF and EMF for hundreds of applications. Customers are responsible for selecting correct RF (Radio Frequency) range products for shielding applications in their geographic area, and following instructions included with the products.

All customers should review the AegisGuard™ Life Series and Shielding Applications pages before purchasing products to ensure guarantee eligibility.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Aegis product, return it, or the unused portion, in the original package or sealed container with proof of purchase to place where purchased within 30 days of the sale date for a refund.

Please use one of the following procedures for an exchange or refund.

If purchased from an authorized Aegis dealer, return products with the sales slip or receipt in their original packaging to the dealer within 30 days from the sale date for a refund or exchange.
If purchased from Aegis, return products in their original packaging to the Aegis location appearing on the invoice with a copy of the invoice within 30 days from the invoice date for a refund or exchange.

Refunds include the product price paid. Shipping charges, delivery verification, international VAT, brokerage and custom duties are not refundable, nor shall Aegis, or it authorized dealers, be responsible for carrier, transit or customs delays. Returns received after 30 days from the purchase or invoice date or without the sales slip, receipt, invoice and original package will not be accepted.

The liability of Aegis Corporation and its authorized resellers shall not exceed the purchase price paid, nor shall Aegis Corporation, or its authorized resellers, be liable for any loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use a product.
